DTN COMMENTS:  Cash cattle country is relatively quiet at midday with 
just a few live bids noted in parts of Nebraska, but asking prices are 
still not established. Significant trade volume will likely be delayed 
until Thursday and/or Friday. 

Beef cutouts are mixed at midday (choice 369.25 +1.14, select 363.73 -
1.46) with light to moderate box movement (31.60 lds of choice cuts, 4.20 
lds of select cuts, 5.22 lds of trim, and 8.48 lds of ground). At this 
time both live and feeder cattle contracts are sharply higher.
